After clearing a portion of the M Street encampment in NoMa (story from yesterday: dcist.com/story/21/10/04/dc-…) D.C. has placed concrete jersey barriers to stop people from pitching tents again. Note that the sign says tents were cleared to create a “pedestrian passageway.”
