We definitely need more well-meaning & competent people at all levels of government. It will take time but Peter Obi is a good starting point.
The problem is beyond one person. I am very afraid for Peter Obi and it may be better for him not to win than to have all of this hope vested in him and the system frustrates his efforts. Nigeria doesn't need one Peter Obi, we need 774 of him for each LGA.

It's absolutely normal to apply to 100 companies before getting a job!!!!! Social media is making newbies believe people apply to 4 companies and get 3 offers in 24 hours....

TypeScript with "any" overuse is just as good as using plain ol' JavaScript.

This TypeScript story sounds familiar. Summary: 1. Adopt TypeScript. 2. Overuse "any". 3. Think TypeScript is useless. 4. Later realize...the problem wasn't TypeScript. It was overusing of "any".

I think I might want to adopt this too.
I've recently started using `fg`, or foreground in my css vars as a contrast to `bg` or background. I like it.

For newbie Web devs applying for jobs: When asked to show projects you built with HTML & CSS,.. ...present the ones you built from scratch not the ones you built with templates.

Spent about $1000 off my salary last month for PPC Ads to grow email subscriber base of @Javascriptjobbs Ended up with a $4 CPA - quite expensive for me. Now, I'm looking at investing more in organic growth alternatives including SEO.

.reduce() is one of those things in JavaScript I always have to look up again before using it.

I get asked this always and I'll ask it here for the sake of newbie developers : How long did it take you from learning Programming to landing your first coding job?

Why do many non-JavaScript developers hate JavaScript so much 🤔?
