5 yrs ago a white supremacist shot 51 Muslims because he feared white people were being ‘replaced’. We had a royal commission, which recommended that we, like many countries, had hate speech laws. Today the govt abandoned that work. That’s a shit msg to send the victims.

Sad to see @CriticalStages - a key Australian arts touring org - going in to liquidation. Covid is still hurting so many, as well as the massive travel cost increases we are all seeing. I hope we don’t see this in NZ… but I won’t be surprised if we do.
