No shit. The fundamentally unsound stablecoin didn’t work. $SNX is still way overvalued any if you hold any, liquidate and allocate into something that has a chance, like $AAVE, $FLUID, $EUL or simply $ETH.

SpaceX is the most overhyped IPO of the decade and it will end exactly the way every overhyped IPO ends. Facebook IPO’d at $38 and traded under that for 15 months. Uber IPO’d at $45 and is still below that adjusted seven years later for a while. WeWork tried at $47 billion and ended at zero. Robinhood IPO’d at $38, hit $85, then $7. Coinbase IPO’d at $381 and was at $40 two years later. Rivian IPO’d at a $100 billion valuation with no meaningful revenue and gave back 90%. Beyond Meat. Peloton. Lyft. DoorDash. Bird. Each one a “generational company” the day it priced. Each one a wealth destruction event for retail within 18 months. The pattern is not a coincidence. Hype IPOs are designed to transfer wealth from the people buying the story to the people who built the story. The bankers get paid. The early employees get out. The VCs get a markup they can show their LPs. The retail investor gets the bag. SpaceX is a great company. That has nothing to do with whether it’s a great stock at IPO. Greatness was already priced in five funding rounds ago. You are not getting in early. You are buying the exit. The only IPO worth chasing is the one nobody is talking about. Those don’t exist anymore because every IPO is marketed like a movie release. So the answer is: don’t chase. Wait two years. Buy it down 70% when the lockup unwinds and the narrative breaks. Or don’t buy it at all and put the money somewhere the bankers haven’t already extracted the alpha. Hype is not an asset class. It’s a tax.

Somehow I missed this. But I don’t see fundamental innovation in this, looks more like an upgrade. Will it be enough to make @CurveFinance lending relevant? I doubt it a bit but we will see. Intrigued that they launched on @Optimism first
Introducing Llamalend v2 A new lending framework built around Curve liquidity - Use Curve LP tokens as collateral - Isolated market risk - Improved range-based liquidations powered by LLAMMA - Better market security Launching first on Optimism. news.curve.finance/introduci…

I thought it was satyre. But apparently it is not. The state of advice by people with CFA. You can buy something that will 2X and you 2X your money.
If you buy any amount of Bitcoin now, your savings will DOUBLE when Bitcoin goes back to its all time high $1,000 will turn into $2,000 "But $1,000 won't change my life" You don't just have to buy $1,000 worth You can scale up to any amount If you buy $10,000 worth, you will be up $10,000 when Bitcoin is at $126K $100,000 -> $200,000 $1,000,000 -> $2,000,000 $126K is inevitable, it's just a matter of time

This is neat. I would encourage anybody considering investing in @SpaceX to read this.
SpaceX is trading today at 4.2% of the company total issued shares. The other 95.8% unlocks on a schedule most people haven't read: • Aug 5: 20% of insider shares eligible (Q2 earnings) • Aug–Oct: 7% every ~2 weeks, five times • Nov 4: 28% • Jun 13, 2027 Musk's 42%, all at once And one clause almost nobody noticed: if the stock holds 30% over IPO, extra shares unlock EARLY. The rally speeds up the supply. Every one of these dates will be a headline. You can read the 300-page S-1, or see it on one page, free, no signup: tokenomist.ai/stock/spcx (Unlocked ≠ sold. But you can't read this stock without the calendar.)

A bit of clarity.
I am sorry to point it out but these fees are only the gross interest paid by borrowers Need to apply Aave reserve factor to get revenues: currently $100m annualized with a P/S < 10x. Probably still cheap. Adobe is trading at 13x...

As everyone watches the SpaceX IPO today, its worth remembering this advice from Buffett "The idea that a newly issued security (IPO)—brought to market at a time of the seller's choosing and surrounded by massive hype—is the single best bargain among thousands of global businesses is absolute nonsense. When an offering carries a ridiculous 7% commission just to incentivize salespeople, it simply cannot be the most attractive investment available. While people easily get caught up in the excitement of a new launch, look at the reality: you have thousands of existing public companies whose prices are set by a natural auction market, free from aggressive promotion or hidden fees. It makes no sense to buy a security precisely when an insider decides the timing is perfect to sell. Frankly, it isn't worth spending five seconds thinking about IPOs." - Warren Buffett

The @OlympusDAO $OHM token could be so much more than what it is now. Could be a central piece of DeFi and a product used by millions over the world. But it has to change its aim.

I saw this. @eulerfinance is now number two on @DefiLlama by TVL for @monad. Just behind @Morpho. I am not that optimist on @monad as a layer 1, I think we only need @ethereum, @solana and @avax. But it still has some technicals merits. Way more than @Plasma or other like it. So Nice for $EUL.

Following the yesterday's Morpho raise, there is an obvious comparison between $MORPHO and $AAVE. While the protocols compete directly, $AAVE and $MORPHO have extremely different market structures. Let's dive into free float, ownership, and distribution.

But those same Banks will push for those valuation and higher when they underwrite the IPO and can profit from pumping the valuation.
Very important point: SoftBank was pledging *all* of its OpenAI stock (worth $60bn on paper) to get a $6 billion margin loan. Banks turned it down due to concerns about the value of OpenAI stock. Banks clearly do not think OpenAI is worth $852 billion. tradingkey.com/analysis/stoc…

Everyone congratulating the Morpho team, but... What's the deal? Dunno if you remember, they have a live token and promised all the value created will be redirected to the token holders. Yet, I don't see 175M of buying pressure in the chart, and there's not a single word about the specifics of this capital raise in the blog post. Doesn't smell right to me, would love to be proven otherwise by parties involved.
Morpho Association has raised $175M to build the open credit network for the world. Co-led by @paradigm, @a16zcrypto, @RibbitCapital with strategic participation from @apolloglobal, @vaneck_us, @circle_ventures, and @Ledger @Cathayinnov. The round also included participation from @variantfund, @wmt_ventures, @preludexyz, @IOSGVC, @HashKey_Capital, @sbigroup, @Bpifrance, @mirana, @bamazizimesh, NJJ Capital and 10 other strategic partners. The funding will help accelerate Morpho's position as the foundation for onchain credit.

in coding and mathematics, the verifier is fast. in chemistry and biology, the verifier is the world. a model can propose ten thousand candidate molecules quickly. testing one means synthesizing it, running an assay and then waiting weeks or even years. bio databases will be solved. we need to close the loop between what the model proposes and what the world confirms with autonomous labs, robotic synthesis and real-time experimental feedback.

That would be extremely bullish for @eulerfinance $EUL
After the unexpected engagement on my post yesterday, I felt some responsibility to dig into the new ticker about to come from ex-Aave team. Firstly, there is clearly something being built at BGD Labs by looking the signs of their bios and posts. It's also clear that people from ACI seem to support them too again based on their reposts. So, it's almost guaranteed that ACI and BGD Labs will move together, not separately. That's why I believed it is important to keep an eye on. A completely new ticker was only a one possibility. I know what many of you think. So, let's kill the elephant in the room: Are they planning to join Euler Finance @eulerfinance under ticker $EUL?

Every new billionair goes through his « I am gonna live forever phase » Some more than other that is all.
Imagine you had the energy, metabolism, and mental agility of your younger self - without the aches and pains that come from aging. That’s what we’re attempting to build at @NewLimit and it will be one of the most important achievements in human history ever if it works. We're on the cusp of this being tractable given the rise of AI to test more hypotheses in-silico, along with the rapidly falling cost of single cell sequencing, etc. We announced our Series C and upcoming human clinical trials this week, so still a long, long way to go, with many risks. But with hard work we've got a shot at making this a reality.

This is on point. You know the banking underwriter are gonna say this. They were ready to value WeWork at $47B for god sakes. They are professional legalized pump and dumpers. Once you understand it there is no coming back.
Remember what Warren Buffett once said: “Never ask a barber if you need a haircut.”

At this point you know that $SpaceX is a retail trap setup for exit liquidity of all the insiders. But does your grandma knows it? And all the people are gonna try to fontrun it. I think it is a textbook early pump, retail follow and insiders dump. Slow bleed towards a reasonable valuation.

The convergence is under way. The question now why would you allocate in $USDe instead of a more proven and already diversified yield source with $sUSDS. You compete on two things only : risk adjusted yield & liquidity. Both are better at @SkyEcosystem. This highlight the winner-take-most dynamic of stablecoin. If you want a fighting chance you have to get creative

Following the recent post outlining the backing diversification of USDe, we have published the next phase of that work: broadening RWA exposure beyond tokenized T-Bills. The first asset category under evaluation is AAA CLOs, which sit at the top of the capital stack, with a zero default rate at the AAA level across the entire history of the asset class. The allocation helps diversify the sources of revenue for Ethena across market cycles. Our first partnerships and allocations with asset managers and issuers in this category will be released next week. Details in the link below:
