first week back from deload week, and everybody is looking amazing. We had seven guys pull over 400 pounds plus in trap bar deadlifts with the chains!!! (chains adding 110 pounds). These higley guys are looking ready for the season!! @HIGLEYFOOTBALL @elev8academy
