levels of ceo ive seen in my personal experience
lvl 1: talented individual, solo man shop -> primary level is in raw execution skills
lvl 2: assemble small-team acting a secondary support for lower-level functions
lvl 3: hiring an operator to delegate higher level functions, designing an organisational os - KPIs, areas of responsibilities
lvl 4: letting go of control, establishing leaders who own entire areas of operations in biz, mentoring & monitoring them
lvl 5: reworking the entire org to be self-growing machine, acting as a consultant and a banker to leaders in the org
