Just pushed a set of improvements and tweaks to this PR for changing how navigation/menus operate. Check it out, would love to hear more feedback from real merchants and developers who work with @WooCommerce .

I'm experimenting with a possible direction for @WooCommerce menu structure.
This modifies how @WordPress' main nav works, introducing an additional layer of nesting. Handles Woo extensions, allows for other plugins to still nest inside the Woo area, and also moves Orders to the top of the Woo area. Please check it out, try it in Playground (link in PR), and let me know what you think of this direction!
