To be fair, I had plans from the age of 13 and when none of them panned out because my mom said no to one of them, I just gave up making them.

I've moved through life not having a single plan in place and just letting things happen to me because "why not", devastating self doubt and enough spite to try everything just to prove I can do it. I'm 43 and I finally have "a plan". A plan that also "just happened to me".

Charging my toothbrush, charging the razor, the flosser, downloading an app for every little thing. SIGNING IN TO EVERYTHING. FUCK, I'M SO OVER IT.

I've sat in my office waiting for hours for students to rock up for meetings I especially came in for just for them to never pitch and never send an email to apologise. Now I have a rule that if you don't pitch, I won't see you physically for the rest of the term.

Angikho happy ngo Sdumo😭💔🕊🕊🕊 This morning I missed my normal staff taxi that I use to go to work. So I got on this other taxi that came about 5 minutes after mine had passed. I went straight to the backseat and made myself comfortable by the side of the window. The driver and everyone else inside turned their heads on me as if I'd stolen something. It wasn't that, but it was due to the fact that I sat on Sdumo's seat. Only 2 seats were left in the taxi, one just behind the driver's seat and one at the back where I sat. This other lady started to tell me how angry Sdumo would be if he found me on his seat, and all the other people including the driver started convincing me to move before he came in so to avoid chaos but I didn't succumb to the pressure. We continued to wait for Sdumo for 3 more minutes, then he arrived, Sdumo is an unruly 7 year old primary school kid😭💔

I recently had surgery, and at the time I came home, I had both my cat and one of my grandma's cats staying with me. - Within hours of surgery, I wake up from a nap to my cat gently sniffing at my incisions with great alarm. - I was not allowed to shower the first day after surgery, and the cats, seeing that The Large Cat is not observing its cleaning ritual, decided I must be gravely disabled and compensated by licking all the exposed skin on my arms, face, and legs. I currently have to sleep with a pillow over my abdomen because my cat insists on climbing on top of me and covering my incisions with her body while I sleep (which is very sweet but not exactly comfortable without the pillow). She also lays across me facing my bedroom door, presumably on guard for attackers who may try to harm me while I'm sleeping and injured. That's love. 🐈 🐈‍⬛♥️
