At a time when so many feel discouraged, I’m doubling down on something simple and powerful: helping families share stories and build trust through reading together. You can too. At @BookSpringATX, we’re making sure children in Texas have books at home. bookspring.org/

Ah #Twitter I don't know what to do about you. I remember #SXSW when you blasted out, so sassy, so open...so much hope and excitement, and interesting connections. Looking back at my feed is like going back in time. Now, so much meanness and lies. Is it the platform or is it us?

Replying to @HMHCo
@HMHCo volunteered with BookSpring at our warehouse, sorting through boxes of donated texts that were provided by multiple community resources. Once the books were checked for quality, content, and interest, they put away the books into boxes to be brought to community events.
