the way my uni is putting on a 'Women of the Conservatoire' concert on International Women's day (March 8th) but allowing non-binary students to showcase themselves, and then is refusing to listen to me when I told them it's not right 🤪🤪
do not include non-binary people in your “women only” events!!!! non-binary people are not women!!! just say marginalized genders if you want to include non-binary people. not “women and non-binary people”.
we have been saying this for literal years. please listen.

The only reason they support Marty, Chad and their team is bc composers are hired as independent contractors. if the industry gave composers the "luxury" of an equal working environment as members of staff, Bethesda wouldn't need to embarrass themselves like this
