Katie is an early-career director/musician, passionate about making theatre with music at the heart of the storytelling.
Assistant directing credits: Treasure Island, The Girls of Slender Means @lyceumedinburgh The Events @CnauldTheatre and Pushin' Thirty @PlayPiePint.
Her recent directing projects include Mary: A Gig Theatre Show (Knot Tied Theatre), Bohemia (Edinburgh Footlights) and Pilgrimage (Veto Theatre).
Katie holds a BA Hons Drama degree from QMU, and is a member of the 2024/25 Wonder Fools Youth Board.

This is really sad. Open Fund for Individuals funded most of my work for the last few years. Including a super special, life changing, research trip to Hong Kong. I actually don’t know where I’d be without it. creativescotland.com/news-st…

Open Fund for Individuals has supported almost all the work I have made to date.
We need clarity and funding from @scotgov now, if they want to ensure there is in fact a culture sector TO fund in the future.
