This is Allysa Narang from Calgary, Canada. When she was just 11 years old, she started knitting hats to help people experiencing homelessness in her community. For five years, Allysa spent her free time making warm winter hats and donating them to the Calgary Drop-In Centre. At age 16, she completed and donated 105 handmade hats in a single year, continuing a project she had worked on since childhood.

Don’t need anything from Canada? Well... U.S. refineries have imported 1.65 billion barrels in the last 12 months from Canada… and the Champlain Hudson Power Express from Quebec to NY powers 25% of NYC (Go Knicks!). Facts are stubborn things.
Trump: "Hey, we don't need anything that Canada has, we don't know anything that Mexico has, but they need everything that we have. And they have to treat us better."

The Iranian navy, which has been destroyed eight times, has apparently closed the Strait of Hormuz again, because the United States, for the seventh time, won the war that wasn’t a war, so now the United States has to open the Strait of Hormuz that was already open before the not-war began. The not-war began because Iran had uranium that was totally, completely, beautifully obliterated, so they can’t build the nuclear bomb they weren’t building, which is why the United States had to start the not-war it definitely didn’t start. Now the United States, which has nuclear weapons, is threatening to use nuclear weapons to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons, because nuclear weapons are far too dangerous for countries with nuclear weapons to allow other countries to have. If the United States saw the United States doing what the United States does in other countries, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States.

🇨🇦 Tomorrow marks another anniversary of D-Day, and Canada's role in those events deserves far more than a brief mention. On June 6, 1944, approximately 14,000 Canadian soldiers landed on Juno Beach, overcoming fear, intense enemy fire, and extraordinary pressure to help open the path to the liberation of Europe. Many of them were barely older than teenagers. Many never made it home. Their courage, selflessness, and sacrifice became part of the great victory over Nazism and helped lay the foundations of the freedom that millions of people enjoy today. We remember their bravery. We honor their memory. 🇨🇦🌺

You rarely find a public servant and a champion for reconciliation like Mary Simon. You rarely find a trailblazer like Mary Simon. She represented something really beautiful about Canada as Governor General. As the first Indigenous Governor General, she brought parts of this country into the spotlight that many Canadians are still learning about, and she did it with such grace. In our world, loud voices often take over, but there was something very reassuring about her presence. As her time as Governor General has come to an end, I want to wish her and Whit all the very best in this next chapter. Thank you for serving Canada with such dignity. 🇨🇦

Gov't are such toddlers. Maybe Albertans are just really really mad at the corruption, deceit, privatization, the constant lies, punching down, stripping rights from citizens, doing whatever serves themselves & not the people etc. The list is long. WE ARE MAD
