🔥 Truth Has a Frequency
I’ve always found it interesting that humans are the only beings on this planet capable of saying one thing while meaning another. We can smile and feel pain… speak love and hold fear… say yes when our soul is screaming no. Language gave us a way to connect… but it also gave us a way to hide.
Animals don’t do that. Nature doesn’t do that. A tree never pretends to be something it isn’t. A dog doesn’t fake loyalty. The sun doesn’t pretend to shine. Everything in the natural world moves in honest frequency.
Maybe that’s where we’re heading… back to resonance instead of performance. Back to a way of being where what we feel, think, and say all align. A world where truth is felt… not forced.
When that happens… deception won’t even make sense anymore.

I just passed the 88 hour mark on my fast.
Goal is 92 hours, and then after that only bone broth and green juice for a couple more days.
This is the hardest fast I’ve done, not because of the length, but because I really allowed myself to eat out too often and had too many packaged foods and added sugars in the last 6 months.
My goal is to reset, and be a lot more aware of what is going into my body once again. <3
