In contrast, 17 startups had collectively secured about $165.3 Mn in the previous week.
Growth-stage startups raised a total of $182.9 Mn across six deals this week, led by GPS Renewables, which raised Rs 635 Cr in a Series C round.
Early-stage startups raised $30.1 Mn across 13 deals this week, led by oncology startup 4baseCare
Bengaluru dominated the city-wise deal count with 19 deals, followed by Pune with 2 deals. Hyderabad, Jaipur, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Kerala and Mumbai recorded one deal each.

Meesho has approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Singapore-based Kirana Club and an additional 0.41% stake in its Indian subsidiary Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of Rs 202.08 Cr.
The acquisition marks Meesho’s entry into the B2B commerce segment for kirana stores and expands its reach into India's grocery and general trade ecosystem.
For FY26, RPLPL reported revenue of Rs 15.84 Cr and a net loss of Rs 30 lakh, while Kirana Club posted revenue of Rs 33.27 lakh and a net loss of Rs 5.37 Cr.
The transaction provides a full exit to Kirana Club’s existing investors, while founders Anshul Gupta and Aishwarya Jain will continue to lead the business after the acquisition.

Marine robotics startup @RekiseMarine has raised $9.7 Mn in a seed funding round co-led by Accel and NKSquared

Deep-tech precision manufacturing startup Ethereal Machines has raised $28.5 Mn in a Series B funding round led by Avataar Ventures, with participation from existing investor Peak XV Partners and other backers.
➤ The company is raising fresh capital nearly two years after securing $13 Mn in its Series A round in June 2024.
➤ The funds will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, build India's first indigenous multi-axis CNC controller, strengthen software capabilities, support semiconductor manufacturing, and drive expansion in the US and Europe.
➤ The Bengaluru-based startup said its MaaS revenue has grown threefold year-on-year since its Series A round, while its production capacity has expanded tenfold.
