there are SO MANY concerns with implementing this kind of stuff in the medical field especially, but obviously in the interest of saving a dollar these companies don't care. I also have zero confidence that these tools are compliant with privacy regulations...

hahahahahah following up on my appointment which didn't happen btw. The AI agents got literally all of my details wrong with mispellings EVERYWHERE, and I still have a duplicate account I had to fix with the receptionist. I'm THIS close to naming and shaming.
