We extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Dr. Tom Okia Okurut. His tenure as the ED @nemaug left a lasting legacy in environmental conservation. Our thoughts are with his loved ones, colleagues, and the entire conservation community during this difficult time. RIP.
We have just learned of the untimely passing of Dr. Tom Okia Okurut, who was the Executive Director of NEMA from 2011-2021. We shall share details in due course. RIP.
