Pt with MVP and frequent PVCs from AL pap leading to decline in EF. Catheter RFA with PVCs reduced 30%-10% and improved EF. Progressed to severe MR. Cryoablation of AL pap during MVr by expert surgeon @tomcnguyen. Prior RF lesions visible. Thankful for collaboration @HeartUCSF
