I was recently sent a smart rower, and I couldn't go longer than 3 minutes the first time I used it. It was brutal.
It has been a week since I've been using it regularly, and I have more than x10'd that time! I would have rowed longer today if I didn't have work to do.
A nice improvement already!
I think I like rowing a lot. It's cardio while also working out my back, which helps with my chronic back pain from all that headbanging from back in the day. š
