Special? I'm just your average schmuck from the Houston suburbs. News media made it sound like the crime rate was bad so now my wife, two dogs, and I moved.

Disembodied human brains kept 'alive' for drug testing by controversial American startup theblaze.com/news/disembodie… Imagine the terror you'd feel if you woke up and were blind and deaf but you realized you were alive without a body and someone was playing with you, making you hurt, sweat, burn, hungry, drowning, etc.

7% mortgage rate? Sounds like Dems didn't buy when their boy was in office. Last time I had a 7% rate was in '75. This time around I got in before Obama destoyed the economy like Carter did...and got a 3.5% rate and a house half the price that it is now... value is the same, price is much higher...money is worth much less since Covid #1, Congresses who vote to spend lots of money.

And Canada is going to measure the benefits in Canadian money which isn't really money; more like monopoly money. Sounds like it's time to bring the pitchforks and torches out as people march on the capital. I'm amazed that KHOU was so pro Cornyn tonight on the 6pm news by bringing up all of the talking points the far left wing trumps up against Paxton. When it comes time to talk about Cornyn, it's all roses. Someone once told me KHOU wasn't biased... I just saw their outright bias, real time. Soros will be proud.

Minimum Wage is Maximum Folly As a 15 year old, I worked for a moving company in the mid '60s. If there wasn't enough work for the day, the boss would tell us to stand on the dock in case a driver with a load of furniture drove in from another city or state, who was looking for help unloading their truck. As a white guy, I was chosen first. Two black men were also chosen. The day started as normal. Taking in the small stuff, but then I saw a fridge and as a high school football player I saw this as a chance to workout. I threw a tie down belt over my back and fridge, and pulled it onto my back, and stooping over, carried it into the house. The two black guys the driver had also hired came up to me and told me I had to work slower so we could be there all day long. As he was saying this, I noticed they were carrying a single box that held a single lamp shade. Ok, so it was a large lamp shade. I made a comment to the driver about it and he paid them off. He told them if they hung around till we were done he'd give the a ride back to the warehouse. We got done by noon. I then understood why there is a min wage. americanthinker.com/articles…

I've been relatively quiet on the subject of right-wing influencers who defected from MAGA. But if they are actually proposing unity with left wing populist movements, then they are proposing unity with Communists. That is the red line for me.
Ahhh, they're actually doing the op!

1 child dead after woman allegedly left 6 siblings alone — they were forced to eat ants and cockroaches theblaze.com/news/1-child-de… According to the neighbors, they would have reported it, if they, the neighbors, were open to helping the kids but the cops might have noticed the "goings on" of the neighbors - so no one reported anything.

Pope Leo says God rejects prayers of leaders who wage wars usatoday.com/story/news/worl… via @usatoday Jesus did not tell Peter to never carry his sword. He was upset that Peter tried to protect His life when the plan was for Jesus to die for our sins. Peter, like the Pope, isn't in on God's plans though, even if the pope would like everyone to believe he is.

Replying to @LeaderJohnThune
Hello Senator Thune, Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation." You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process. Here's how we know: Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you. Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work: Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results. Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess. Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate. You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months. Now let's talk donors: • Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user • Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify • Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration • Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail." Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable. We see the loop. You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed. What we want: 1. Force a real talking filibuster. 2. Stop hiding behind process. 3. Pass the SAVE America Act. YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents. You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time. Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.

No, Eminem did not say this quote. It's a fabricated meme that's gone viral on social media in the last few days, often with a "History Vision" watermark. No interviews, songs, or official statements from him match it. He has dissed Trump before (e.g., 2017 freestyle, 2020 tracks), but this exact wording isn't real. On mistaking opinions for facts: Yes, plenty of people do—celebrity takes or not—especially in polarized politics. Always check primary sources.
