When you order from @FormerlyZappos and they send the wrong shoes, in a box that has no packaging and have been worn .. then their customer service says you can send them back to us and we will refund you in 30 days. Anyone else have this issue?

What a wonderful start to the 23-24 school year. I have spent the last 2 days visiting the 18 campuses and Principals I have the privilege to support!! I am so blessed to work with such amazing leaders who work everyday to ensure our students in SAISD are learning and growing.
