I'm Done with @SamsClub Yesterday I placed a large order for delivery. When I knew the driver was close I watched the tracking as the driver spent 1-2 minutes away from my house, going in circles for 25 minutes until she cancelled the delivery. I called customer assistance, on hold for 20 minutes, while speaking to customer service got disconnected. Tried to chat with customer service online, waited 15 minutes for a person, while giving my order info the chat was disconnected. Both the call and chat I had to ask the AI repeatedly to let me talk to a person. You can't email them from what I can see. But @SamsClub is the WORST in customer service I have experienced in years.

When I reported it, the automatic reply said in will be investigated in the next couple days. Reporting child porn should NOT take days to investigate!!

Well @Hertz I guess being a gold member only gives you the opportunity to talk to a snotty A.I. then get transferred to someone in India with an accent so thick I can't understand. Then a 2nd call to customer service being told I'm the next caller and holding for 14 minutes. Time to use @Avis for this trip. Maybe for good.
