Discipline is quiet, but result speaks loudly. Same person, different standards.

Most people don’t need more motivation. They need a calendar that doesn’t lie to them about how often they actually train.

You can’t build that true V-taper physique if your back isn’t thick and wide. Argue all you like.

This is not the answer he wants to hear 😂😂 He needs a coach that'll tell him that everything will disappear in 2 weeks and 4 days 😂

Forget about workout tips. Fix what you do in the kitchen. Plus you didn't grow your belly fat in one month. So forget about losing it in one month.
Gym Twitter, I’ve got one month to lose this stubborn belly fat. Help a brother out 😭 What are the best home workout tips to achieve this?

Had a hip injury around April, first week of my training block after my competition on Feb. While recovering I decided to compete in a strongman comp, my plan was more to understand how the competition works for better planning in the future, however I made the hip injury worse and it extended to my lower back. So since April last year, I’ve recovering and taking it slow

This is 100% true. If you look aesthetic, you have more than enough strength. Focusing on being strong is dumb because it can leave you disproportionate and expose you to injury.

Honestly, strength doesn’t even mean shit when defending yourself. Aesthetics usually means the perfect balance between athleticism and strength. It’s basically a fighter body type that is the most aesthetically pleasing

Yeah as long as you’re not actually weak. Saw a guy in the gym who benched 315 multiple reps. Amazing, but don’t really wanna look like him lol

If you have the aesthetics, then you most likely have enough strength. Becoming very strong can be useful, you’re a power lifter or your job has to do with lifting heavy loads, but in other scenarios the strength that comes with building aesthetics is enough

My position is put enough weight on to where you can do 12-15 reps with the last rep reaching failure point. That will build good strength give you all the aesthetics.

I agree with everything you said. Some people see me and ask how much can I bench press. I have no idea. I don't do the bench press or dead lifts. I workout for aesthetics and that's it. My strength is meaningless to me. If I look in the mirror and like what I see, I'm happy
