Last night Defunds aired on CNN Brasil in partnership with @SuperteamBR We had the privilege of sharing what we're building for the @colosseum Frontier 🇧🇷

EMPREENDER É… As pessoas vivem me perguntando como é empreender. Impossível explicar para quem nunca viveu na pele essas emoções. Pra mim, empreender é a droga mais viciante que existe. Empreender com startups é exponencial. É solitário. É sofrido. Te faz se sentir um bebê, chora sozinho de madrugada, enquanto o mundo dorme. Mas, de vez em quando, quase nunca, surgem aqueles pequenos momentos de felicidade. Uma luz no meio da escuridão. E é nesses momentos que você se sente um super-herói indestrutível. Acabou de acontecer um desses momentos: a @kaxisclub ficou em 3º lugar no @colosseum’s Frontier 2026 Brazilian Sidetrack do @SuperteamBR. Caralho, como isso é bom! Junto com o @felipegermano21, nós trabalhamos pra caralho para chegar aqui. Tudo começou no Kickoff 2026 do STBR. Decidimos entrar de cabeça no máximo de projetos possíveis. O primeiro foi o Ideathon, entramos com o serviço de cashback da Kaxis e levamos menção honrosa. Em todos os eventos que tinha gente do STBR, a gente estava presente e mostrando o que estava construindo, pedindo feedback e ouvindo de verdade. Isso foi essencial para direcionar e pivotar. Começamos a habitar a Solana House alguns dias antes. Queríamos deixar claro que estávamos na batalha da Arena do Colosseum. Na primeira semana tivemos uma mentoria pesada com o @kauenet sobre modelo de negócio. Parecia que íamos nos matar, mas era só um duelo de mentes. Ouvimos, discutimos e ajustamos. Quando decidimos o caminho, fomos com tudo. Felipe mergulhou no produto e eu fui lapidar o pitch com @shimas_sol, @kukasolana, @cigarrosnft e @AntonioNetoSOL. Quase todo dia eu pedíamos feedbacks para deixar o mais redondo possível. Ajustei. Treinei. Treinei. Treinei. Veio o Demo Day e deu ruim. Assisti depois e senti vergonha de mim mesmo. Mas foi exatamente isso que me fez ajustar tudo para submissão final. Mesmo assim, eu não tinha esperança nenhuma de ganhar. Tinha projetos excelentes. Inclusive parabéns aos times da @usebido e @riptidesim, quero ver o sucesso de vocês. Parabéns também para os times @DefundsFinance, @AnemoneDefi, @vayofinance, @OpenDevT, @zupyoficial, @gate402dev, @norafinancexyz que ficaram no Top 10; @seedling_sol como talento emergente. A sidetrack fechou. O hackathon vai acabar. Mas a vida já me ensinou: se você realmente quer algo, tem que se dedicar muito, não pode falhar e ainda precisa de um pouco de sorte. Depois de tudo isso se ficar em terceiro, aprenda e ajuste, mas não pare. Espero encontrar vocês no próximo hackathon da @solana. Enquanto não vencer um, não vamos parar.
