Firefighting drones are here! 🧯
This fire truck developed in China acts like a mobile drone base.
Instead of relying only on hoses and ladders, it carries a full aerial deployment system built directly into the truck.
On board are inspection drones for reconnaissance, firefighting drones for active suppression, and up to a ton of firefighting payload.
Once on site, drones can be launched immediately to assess the situation from above, locate hotspots, and operate in areas that are dangerous or unreachable for humans.
Real-time aerial data feeds back into operations, allowing faster decisions and reducing the need to send firefighters into unknown conditions.
Pretty awesome application for drones.
Curious if that has the potential to make a solid business case.
