This has become my de facto stance whenever I see sob stories from leftists about police brutality and government overreach. I haven't forgotten Covid, where I was made a non-person by the state and they celebrated people like me getting their skulls split open for not masking.
What I'm actually trying to get libertarians to do is what works. The principle is winning.
It doesn't seem "principled" to stand up for people who want you jailed or dead, and who will not stand up for you in return.
It seems foolish, naive, and a guaranteed way to lose.
