Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developer tools… mostly because I checked the wrong box on a form once…
I don't understand why squash merging is not the default on GitHub. The other options make no sense, and just slow things down. Similarly, it's confusing that people *still* use `git merge`. It makes everything so complicated. Always rebase, never merge.

I thought "vibe coding" was silly... until I watched my design counterpart — who has never written a line of code in his life — create a real outcome. Watching him succeed with these tools was the breakthrough for me to become a believer. What made vibe coding real for _you_?

Perhaps my finest contribution to Vercel was printing the LFG stickers.

What’s an example of a developer tool with “great taste”? And why? What does that phrase mean to you?

Update: it didn’t arrive in March… new delivery date: September. A rare Amazon logistics failure, but what a complete failure it is.
Update: it has not yet arrived, but it still has a month to get here!

When you use generative AI to write code, do you know how much local state you send in context? Are you concerned about sending PII to the models? If so, do you do something about it?
20% Yes! I scrub PII manually
20% Concerned but don't act
30% Not concerned
30% Should I be worried!? 😵

If your girl is always telling you, 'Terrain! Terrain! Pull up!' That's not your girl. That's the ground proximity warning system.

I’m really excited about this release, and I intend for this to be the last v1.x. I plan for the next release to be v2.0, moving SHA256 support out of experimental phase and into the standard builds of the library itself.
