He saw a chance to use blockchain technology to make identity checks easy and safe, tackling the privacy and data concerns in our online world. EthPass leverages blockchain technology to enable NFT owners to use their digital assets practically, all through familiar platforms like Apple and Google Wallets. One standout use case is in event ticketing. EthPass can be used to make tickets more secure and transparent, allowing event organizers to combat fraud and scalping, while attendees enjoy a seamless experience. Thanks to EthPass's integration with multiple blockchain networks, it's seen wide adoption with many clients using its API to issue and manage passes. This past September, we at MoonPay officially announced our acquisition of Ethpass with a mission of continuing to onboard users into web3. Most recently, With EthPass we've enabled any visitor of our Seaport Scavenger Hunt activation in NYC to join us at a gallery event in partnership with @HowardHughesCo. If a participant had claimed a scavenger hunt collectible, ethpass was able to verify this data on-chain and grant a ticket directly to a users apple or google wallet 🤳🎟️ This is a great example of MoonPay's products coming together in full swing.
