> i try to live my life with an "optimize for novelty" approach
> i love to travel and have been to 40 countries so far

My mind broke the day I realised anyone can write books.
Non experts write books, kids can write books, misogynists can write books and change history and so on.
It’s a great thing that people have access to this opportunity which always felt like a privilege to some.

This was cathartic to read. I've always found people who called themselves "realists" and it bugged me. It made me question why they couldn't see the power they had to change things. Gives me an opportunity to show what I learnt and help them realise their power.

This month reading books - "the creative act - Rick Rubin" and "We need your art - Amie McNee". And these books have given me a revelation around my creative work and artist life - I can't expect it to look like anyone else's. This feels like freedom from inner critic that says I need to work hard when my energy levels are super fluctuating.
