The evac of JAL A350 was not a miracle, but it's miraculous no one was seriously injured, especially those using exit L4. Apologies to Lt Chard from the film Zulu, “If it's a miracle, Colour Sergeant, it's a crew, passenger self-discipline, aircraft design, and lady luck miracle”

Many thanks to Andy Nicholson of The Fire Surgery for inviting me to observe the fire and evacuation training exercise they put on at St.Pauls Cathedral in London. What a valuable learning experience for everyone involved. Great job, The Fire Surgery, LFB and St.Pauls.
