The evac of JAL A350 was not a miracle, but it's miraculous no one was seriously injured, especially those using exit L4. Apologies to Lt Chard from the film Zulu, “If it's a miracle, Colour Sergeant, it's a crew, passenger self-discipline, aircraft design, and lady luck miracle”
In aircraft evacuation every second counts, so the 18 minutes before the last person on board the JAL A350 at Haneda airport evacuated feels like an eternity. What can we learn? For a detailed analysis of the evacuation read my LinkedIn article.
