have so much respect for jalen brunson and what he's been able to accomplish but one of the worst lessons coming from this knicks' championship run is the idea that great players need to take less money to build a great team. that's owner propaganda, man. don't fall for it.

Dipped back into my basketball roots for this. Mikal Bridges cost the Knicks a pretty penny when they traded for him two Junes ago.
After Bridges became an NBA champion, there’s no more room to criticize the trade or Bridges. It paid off handsomely.

Said it before but people are telling on themselves when 1) NBA history backs Becky uo, 2) she was a small HOF guard, 3) they don’t acknowledge how the Knicks changed this team up from 2023, 4) KAT was sooo key getting them better.
