Rev share models SEEM like they are a good idea
But in reality they are complete garbage for 99% of agencies
Why?
Because youâll sign a client that spends like $100-$300 a day on a webinar funnel or something
And then make F*CK ALL money because they are spending fuck all money
But
You have to do a TON of work for them still because its a rev share deal
Even with a base, the risk is on you.
And youâre burning time on a deal that will barely pay you anything
And the best part is, you will âturn off acquisitionâ so you can âmaximize your clients resultsâ
One or two churns and youâre back to square one
Horrible model unless you have a MOAT, pipeline, AND high spending clients
