Congratulations to the entire Cursor team! Truly a remarkable team, product, and company. It was an extraordinary privilege for us at Benchmark to have invested in this incredible company. There is no doubt that they will continue to shape the future of AI with SpaceX!
SpaceX has exercised the option to acquire @cursor_ai in an all-stock transaction with the goal of building the world’s most useful AI models. For the past few months, SpaceXAI has been jointly training a model with Cursor, which will be released in Cursor and Grok Build soon. We look forward to working closely with the Cursor team to advance our frontier AI capabilities

"Crime in SF is over with" you couldn't create a commercial for the product this good!
One of the most prolific criminals in all of San Francisco tells @adam22 that “crime in San Francisco is over with” because of Flock cameras drones. He complains that he can’t even do drivebys anymore. It’s simple: when the risk of getting caught is too high, crime plummets.

New weekly tradition to go through a few of these each weekend - such an awesome project
We @novaholdings crafted the most complete library of founder biographies — origin stories from the formative years of the out-of-distribution individuals behind history’s defining companies. Founder Profiles, by Nova Global

Excited to announce @getgarner has raised $100M at a $2.74B valuation. 2.5M beneficiaries. 800 employers. $1B saved for our customers. 12% lower plan costs on average. With this funding, we continue to build the new AI front door to healthcare - starting with two new features that we are announcing today that transform our member experience and accelerate our understanding of clinical performance: Garner Assistant and Garner Research Agent. Grateful to @ikeswetlitz and @Bloomberg for covering our story! bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Sean is the founder I've known the longest in my career and it's been nothing short of astonishing to see how he's evolved and matured Stord as a business from its scrappy early days to a nearly $1b revenue powerhouse in logistics & now physical AI. Onward Stord 🚀🚀
Ten years ago I started Stord because nobody had built the infrastructure for what happens after a consumer clicks buy. Today we raised $250M at a $3 billion valuation. Commerce now has the physical intelligence layer that merchants deserve. Full piece: stord.com/blog/the-physical-…

I constantly feel both proud & fortunate to work with Eric; he represents the type of partner we all aspire to be to entrepreneurs (in good times and bad), and no one deserves today more than him, @andrewdfeldman, and the whole Cerebras team. Just the beginning!
.@benchmark co-lead the initial round for Cerebras 10 years ago. Over the following 5 years, the team amazed, delivering the technological marvel of a wafer-scale chip, the system to heat and cool it, and more recently the software layer that allows giant fleets of Cerebras systems to work together for very large MoE models. But even more impressive, is they just never fucking quit, despite kissing death like 3 times, getting made fun of for unusual early customers, and getting passed over by virtually every respected semi investor (who have all converted now). The team knew, IF they could stay alive, it was just a matter of time…. In tech, speed ultimately wins, and nothing is close to as fast as Cerebras.

As our kids have gotten a little bit older, I've been trying to find ways to talk to them about what it takes to be successful in any discipline - arts, academics, athletics, whatever... Here's where I'm at: You have to work really hard, work smart, and stick with it for a long time to give luck the best chance to find you. I think it captures all the core elements, and interestingly sparked reflections of the talented classmate that didn't apply themselves or the person who grinded but didn't work smart. Also the person who just got really lucky. Welcome feedback!

We're announcing our $50M Series B led by Benchmark. Founders Fund and Human Capital are tripling down in the round. We gave Benchmark a sneak preview of our upcoming GA release. They saw the future of sales. We had a term sheet 2 hours later. The future of sales is Monaco.

every once in a while, when someone doubts @rbehal1729, he decides to lock in and remind them why he's the CTO I said email inboxes for agents would take him a week so he did in 6 hours

One of my favorite of our recent blog posts: @cerebras made GPT‑5.3‑Codex‑Spark so fast that we had to rethink how Codex uses the Responses API – leading us to build WebSocket support for ultra fast latency. Cerebras speed is just 🤯
⚙️ We made agent loops faster with WebSockets in the Responses API As Codex got faster, the bottleneck moved from inference to inefficient API calls WebSockets keep response state warm across tool calls, helping workflows run up to 40% faster end to end openai.com/index/speeding-up…
