Several commentators noted the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's nuking of DA Krasner in Philadelphia was done under its King's Bench authority. That authority (screenshot below) appears to be basically unlimited? Absolutely wild judicial move. Their power is plenary, no case needed

A judge in Idaho has issued a class-wide injunction against enforcing Idaho's bill that mandates people use the bathroom that matches their sex. The basis? Some of the exceptions are too vague. I'm skeptical--but is this actually the case that ends Idaho bathroom claims for good?

This is a split decision, but shows that the presumption of regulatory for Soros-funded radical leftwing DA Krasner is gone. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has had enough. It needs someone to "enhance the reliability" of proceedings. Yikes!
