🗣️ 'When I started playing rugby, a lot of women were joining in their 20s, 30s... 40s, which is really brave!' 🗣️ 'A lot of the coaching stuff is aimed at coaching people who already know how to play rugby!' @ewrfc's Tabitha Peterken feels there is a gap in coaching between men that have been playing all their lives, and women and LGBTQ people that only start rugby later in life! | 🏉 '#SettleIn' w/ Guinness 0.0 | @GuinnessIreland
