But for research our lab mostly uses ventilatory thresholds with 2-3 rater co-determination. These days assisted by @exphyslab. Strong recommend

We used this tool with our Exercise Physiology students @UniCanberra, and it was greatβreally helped them build a better understanding of physiological concepts. Highly recommend for teaching!
