The difference is accountability. on our side, the people involved in the leaked convo were acknowledged, called out, and held accountable publicly. meanwhile on your side, people with influence who encouraged, tolerated, or normalized hate toward a co-actor are still being defended under the guise of “protection " so this isn’t about acting like saints. it's about asking why accountability only seems to apply selectively depending on whose circle is involved.
