This coming Saturday, July 12th, we will be celebrating the 4th anniversary of F3 Forsyth with a ruck and a special bootcamp workout. We would love to invite the men of Forsyth and the surrounding areas to attend. Regardless of age or current fitness level, all men are welcome!

This Memorial Day we had 14 members of F3 Forsyth gather in the rain to honor those brave soldiers who gave the ultimate price for our country. We completed the Murph which consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats, followed by another mile.

Last week our very own Nick Morgan (AKA Dirty Dawg) competed in the Boston Marathon! He finished in 3 hours and 17 minutes. Congratulations on this amazing accomplishment!

This past weekend our Nantan (leader) completed the incredible accomplishment of finishing his first 100 mile race!! He completed is first 50 mile race at the end of January and immediately signed up for his 100 miler. He completed 101 miles in 31 hours. Amazing work Mater!!

This past weekend we had over 20 members run in the Forsythia 5k! The number 1 and number 2 spots overall were held by F3 guys! Great job to all of the men who ran the race!!

We recently had two of our guys complete 50 mile races!! I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle Stephens (aka Mater) and Ro Dixon (aka Cabbage) for completing this incredible accomplishment!! Way to go guys!
