Very happy this is finally out. Fructosamine is quite an interesting glycaemic trait. Despite a strong phenotypic correlation with HbA1c, no evidence of genetic correlation. Coloc analysis suggests that some regulation is through pathways affecting albumin levels.

Fun fact: QC for this dataset was basically a big chunk of my thesis. Very painful phenotype. Of course, this is a brief report so it only ended up being a sentence in methods.

Just out, here is our take on the much debated topic of utility of PRS for cardiovascular disease prevention. Big improvement for middle-aged men, but classification improved across the board, with different types of improvement across age and sex.
