⚠️ 1.3 million people acquired HIV in 2024 alone, including thousands of adolescent girls and young women. Today, in a landmark move towards HIV prevention, WHO recommends twice-yearly injectable lenacapavir as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to protect people at risk of HIV.

2/3 Claramente, essas divisões menosprezam as experiências diárias de "pessoas comuns", que muitas vezes precisam aprender, no dia a dia, a driblar discriminações, entender um novo contexto de lugar e relações pessoais, e ainda criar estratégias para acessar serviços de saúde.

3/3 Estou discutindo essas classificações e destacando a importância de diversos tipos de conhecimento. Talvez coloque as "pessoas comuns" como as relevantes. "Experts" e "elites" em polít. públicas deveriam atuar em prol de todos, c/ ênfase nos que têm menos status ou acesso.
