@CareemUAE still no resolution in sight. Not even any contact. Could you please refund the amount taken for the 5 ride package purchased as I was unable to use any of them. I will have no use for them after today. This has been an absolute nightmare.

@CareemUAE day 4 of what should have been a 5 ride package and still unable to use any of them despite already being charged. No resolution to my problem either. This is very poor customer service.
