Faker is symbolic of the discussion "how to get paid in OSS" so we talked a lot about how to make the cost of OSS development transparent and equitably pay developers.

Some growth metrics of the project: 660k downloads/wk on npm, 5.7k stars on GitHub.
Metrics like issues and pull requests opened/closed will come at a later time.
Finally, we will *continue* to lean on the rest of the OSS community to help us make decisions. Sustainable OSS is the goal, and we hope to become an example of that.
