Head of Fundraising and Engagement (and tweeter) for the amazing @BromptonSupport. I hate hugs! Tweets, retweets and views expressed on this account are MY OWN.
A much needed win for the 1st team, and narrow defeats for the 2s and 3s means £120 to @BromptonSupport from me. The 1st team have also very generously donated their fines money for this week, another £62. Thanks for the support and positive vibes @NorthMymmsCC
Today is my annual donation day for the @BromptonSupport to help them carry on helping others like they helped us when our daughter was in hospital. The amount will be based on how many runs and wickets the mighty @NorthMymmsCC manage to get today, plus bonus cash for wins!

Here’s Evie (5) undertaking her first LCI (Lung Clearance Index) under the care of the wonderful CF team @RBandH. This is just one part of Evie’s annual review to monitor her #cysticfibrosis. 💛 We support children’s heart and lung care throughout London and the Southeast. ❤️💙
Megan (15) had her cardiac review with Dr Rigby (our chair) yesterday. She had open heart surgery @RBandH when she was four months old. Dr Rigby also looked after Megan’s mum Carly when she was young and now he treats Megan who has been under his care since she was a baby. ❤️💙
We’ve added a new picnic bench to the courtyard at Royal Brompton Hospital for patients, families and staff to relax. It’s especially important for patients who are unable to leave the hospital for medical reasons, allowing them to experience fresh air with their loved ones. ❤️💙
Lucy Kent graduated from medical school yesterday after being inspired by her cardiologist Dr Michael Rigby and surgeon Mr Olivier Ghez who treated Lucy at Royal Brompton Hospital after she was diagnosed with a heart condition at eight years old. She is now officially Dr Kent! 💙
Our heartfelt thanks to one of our amazing volunteers Alannah who was on the children’s ward and paediatric intensive care unit at #RoyalBromptonHospital yesterday making sure everyone was hydrated in the hot weather and treating staff and families to some lovely biscuits. ❤️💙
We are very proud of Rosie (5) who did a sponsored walk in June for our charity. She walked 66 miles and raised £100! Rosie wanted to do something to give back to @RBandH for saving her little sister who has a rare heart condition. Thank you for your fantastic fundraising! ❤️💙
Olivia, 16, wore her scars with pride at her school Prom. Her mum Suzanne said…’We are always proud of Liv but times like this never more so.. (After heart surgery @RBandH) .. She has grown into such a beautiful young lady. Still small but fierce! We love you Liv so much.’ ❤️💙
I cancelled my colleagues surprise birthday party @PizzExpress because when I was eating in another branch last week with my son they messed up our order so we had to leave without eating (still paid 🙄), the manager didn’t have a clue, so now my team are upset with me. 😬😇😂
Congratulations to the staff @RBandH who ran the Hackney Half Marathon. Our heartfelt thanks go to Cath Renwick - Consultant Nurse, Dr Ilaria Bo, consultant cardiologist, Dr Andres Rico-Armada - consultant cardiologist and Liv Nunn, cardiac nurse specialist. They raised £1100❤️💙
We celebrated our incredible nurses @RBandH last week - working with the cardiac and respiratory management team to provide special goody bags for everyone, cupcakes and a photo booth area for a little fun! We appreciate everything you do - THANK YOU ALL! ❤️💙 #NursesWeek#NHS
Ross ran in the @LondonMarathon but sadly collapsed after 16 miles and was hospitalised. We are so proud of Ross who was running in memory of his @westhamfootball loving friend Billy who was under the care of @RBandH. He raised an incredible £3,000 for our charity. #TeamBrompton

Maisie very sadly passed away @RBandH in 2019 so her parents decided to run a marathon in her memory. They raised an incredible £4,226 for our charity by completing the Brighton Marathon on Sunday. Our heartfelt thanks go to Daniel and Daniela for their fantastic fundraising.❤️💙
Some babies treated for heart disease @RBandH are fed through a feeding tube such as nasogastric (NG) or gastrostomy for a period of time. This can be due to various reasons. These tubes are a lifeline meaning they receive all of the nutrients and fluid they need. #HeartMonth❤️💙
Shannon & Christina from our Family Support team gave our regular refreshment and activity trolley a ‘Heart themed’ makeover at the weekend! They made over 80 cups of tea, coffee and hot chocolate for patients, families and staff as well as providing heart biscuits. ❤️#HeartMonth
Angela, Clare, Natasha and Callum raised over £700 as they ‘ran for hearts’ at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10K. They ran in honour of Angela’s daughter Isla who had heart surgery @RBandH. Well done and thank you for your fantastic fundraising. ❤️💙 #HeartMonth#TeamBrompton
