Had a good friend (no longer) once tell me she โdoesnโt believeโ in anti-depressants and she can quite literally go fuck herself. If it werenโt for my meds I almost certainly wouldnโt be here today.

I'm L. I'm 30. I've been in & out of talk therapy multiple times. I (generally) eat well. I exercise regularly. I have a decent career. I own my house. I'm in a loving marriage.

I havenโt admitted to anybody that I lost my sobriety two weeks ago today. I had over three years, and would say I was going pretty strongโฆ until a point. But I could feel myself slipping for a while.

Iโm drunk and this has totally rambled off from where I started from. Itโs just exhausting feeling so fucking alone in absolutely everything. My skin ainโt thick, Iโm overemotional, and I donโt think thatโs changing any time soon. If Iโm too much for you, go find less, I guess.
