We ran a national survey and found land use planning decision-making boards consistently overrepresent white people, homeowners, males, and white collar workers. It's plausible that decisions of unrepresentative boards do not serve the interests of underrepresented groups. 1/x

In Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, LLC entities own nearly 1/3 of rental units, in Minneapolis, 58% of rental units are owned by LLCs. In most cities, @eleanorble and I weren't even able to analyze who owns rental properties bc the data are not public.

Last May, I put out the first version of a river flow tool, which traced the path of a raindrop downstream. At the time, the biggest limitation was that it was constrained to the US. Happy to share that we've now got a global version of the tool working:
