Well, I wanted to make a positive impact. After a documentary on transgressive behaviour in Flemish universities, we knew we had to do something, so together with @DHBostyn and @tvdbossche and many helping hands, we did!

Many roundtables sessions later, a report with bottom-up recommendations was drafted and discussed at the highest level in our university. This report is now used to investigate potential changes at @ugent!
