27/ The bottom line is that pay has been destroyed in the NHS whether measure of inflation is used. Ministers may gaslight that strikes are causing waiting lists, but they are not. Waiting lists are a #PoliticalCHOICE

So great to meet my Major Trauma geriatrician colleagues again from all over the UK and Ireland. Awesome work coming out of Bristol on the effects of frailty on MT outcomes and the positive effects of geriatrician review. Wish I was there in person! @elderlytrauma @DrPhilipBraude
