Advocate High Court SA: For a Science-based model of how the Rule of Law arises, its mechanics & effects. Motivator of Supra-international ROL-based body
Every generation has its governance breakthrough. Each hit the same wall: undefined terms no operational standard no enforcement

AI Moratorium Debate Asks the Wrong Question: The real issue is de facto uncontrolled application of AI in gov & the real question is whether existing, deployed AI systems are meeting Rule of Law standards ruleoflaw.science/blog/
And I've spent 3 months getting Claude to understand the Rule of law, as the framework within which to govern - we've got up to the Jurisdictional Gap between states. We should get together :)
AI performing governance functions needs coordination architecture—not new industrial policy or ethical principles.
Component separation. RRL verification. Gatekeeper architecture.

Sharing a methodology paper that emerged from governance research with AI systems. May interest phenomenologists & cognitive scientists.
Released freely for testing - curious if it works with human subjects.

Released under CC0 (public domain). Test it, adapt it, critique it freely.
If anyone tests with human subjects and finds interesting results (confirming or disconfirming), I'd be curious to hear.
Why share openly?
If it works beyond AI, research community should have it.
If it doesn't generalize, that's also useful data.
Either way, better to test than hoard.

Zelensky needs to up the stakes, REALLY up the stakes if he's to get over the Starlink barrel & 10 never ending more Trump's lined up
At this stage the Rule of Law the only feasible way that can't be Trump'ed. Ive explored this for a year & it seems feasible. Working on it
Listening to Antony Jones video saying 'Trump relies on Musk for money but Trump has money so that's inconsistent but typical of fascism'. They've evidently not seen the quit pro quo: Trump has unique public crowd skills. Thats what he sells. Musk has the price. So, money talks
PS Notice: USA crisis is rooted in massive loss of rule of law in all key institutions & is running without reason, rationality & logic. This hasn't been accidental. Its been deliberately dismantled brick by brick by someone if I may say like me, who really knows how ROL works.
