The BWK finished with a record of 52-0-1 (regular season and playoffs). Advancing to the TELUS Cup West Regionals, April 4-7 in Winnipeg, MB.

Ferland was recently the Head Coach for Male Team Manitoba at the 2023 National Aboriginal Hockey Championships, winning a gold medal.

Very well said! Players such as @CP0031 @ferdaddy27 @Jtootoo22 to name only a few, are huge influences in paving the way for Indigenous youth to one day play in the @NHL. With hard work and a mindset, it can be done.
