Schools push too many people toward college while many of those jobs may soon be automated. At the same time there’s a shortage of trades like plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians. Schools should encourage entrepreneurship and different career paths, not just one academic
The school system is fucked.
Majority of people were told if they never went to college, they would never amount to anything. So millions chase degrees, slog through irrelevant classes, rack up debt, and graduate unsure what to do... only to end up in jobs that don't even need the degree.

The education system still runs like a 19th-century factory and pushes students through a system focused on standardization and conformity instead of creativity.
We still need a healthy mix of entrepreneurs to innovate workers to build and scale, but the current system is rigged against balance.
