Glad to have @Fernandez4NY’s support in my campaign. I’ll always fight for better housing, to improve Mitchell-Lama, to make New York more livable for every single resident of our State.

Next up on One Bill, One Minute ⏱️is Senator @Fernandez4NY ! Can she break down her bill to help save NYers money on pet expenses in under 60 seconds? S9808 would create a tax credit to help offset everyday household pet and veterinary expenses for up to two pets per household.

Cop could’ve chosen not to arrest this 9-month pregnant woman for ‘trespassing’ on roof of her own building. DAs could’ve chosen not to prosecute the bullshit case. Judge could’ve dismissed the case. Sickening display of cruelty in the name of ‘safety.’ What a farce.
Jesus fucking christ. They made a woman appear for a criminal court arraignment even though she was 9 months pregnant and she gave birth while handcuffed to a bench *inside the courtroom*

This decision by SCOTUS is a slap in the face of decades of advocacy by equal rights groups. Allowing legislatures to weaken the voting powers of minorities is another way this administration is attempting to hold control and silence the people. How deeply shameful.
BREAKING: The Supreme Court struck down a majority Black congressional district in Louisiana, weakening a landmark voting rights law’s protections against discrimination in redistricting. apnews.com/article/supreme-c…

With over four decades of service, Eliot Engel carried the voices of The Bronx & Westchester with him, guided by a deep sense of responsibility to others. He always stood firm in his commitment to justice & delivering for his constituents. Keeping his family in my prayers. RIP

3.10.26 was a day I won’t forget. What a way to celebrate the start of year 2 for @TarsamPA. After nearly a decade, Bronx Day in Albany returned, and it was incredible to see the #Bronx show up in full force at the state capital. From business leaders and entrepreneurs to nonprofits, cultural institutions, and elected officials, the day showcased everything I know to be true about the Bronx: this borough is resilient, innovative, and full of people who are building opportunity and community every single day. We were honored to welcome @GovKathyHochul, Speaker Carl Heastie, @Fernandez4NY, @Chantelj79, and the Bronx delegation of elected officials who joined us to celebrate the borough’s businesses, culture, and community leaders. Congratulations to all of the incredible Change Maker Award recipients recognized that evening. Your work reflects the very best of the Bronx. And a huge shout-out to the nearly 50 exhibitors who made the night incredibly special. I’m so proud to help bring this event back and to help showcase the borough’s economic strength across New York State on behalf of @thenewbxcc. The Bronx showed up in Albany. And we’re just getting started. #BronxDayInAlbany #BronxStrong #BronxBusiness #EconomicDevelopment #BxDIA
